Envy - Poem by Dilantha Gunawardana

Juxtaposed lips
Sculpted of sugar
About to caramelize
In a concoction of bliss

Your nightingale voice
Whispering sordid words
As I am seduced by
Your tempestuous pillow talk

Then as my lips summon God........
Camouflaged in a gentle moan

I can softly make out
God's sinful eyes

Veiled in peridot green....
