Witches in our own minds
Lost to the sanity of present time
Searching to join something wickedly new
Join hands, light candles for them
Lock the doors to your soul
On nights when even the moon is hidden scared
They come out to troll
Nastily coy, sweetening ones
Who step in their paths of sin
Welcoming, beckoning
Hide your children away
For that's where they begin
Say a prayer for me
Sacred as the Trinity
For us to keep our blessed minds
To belong in the sanity of eternal time.
