Evening Sky
As the sunlight fades
Does love ever go away?
When loneliness sets in
And you are never near
I wonder if you ever feel
How the night grows longer
When you miss somebody
Or how the moon looks closer
Than it really is
Knowing you
and I
exist
Underneath
the same galaxy.
