Every Life Poem by Talisa Dee Whitmore

Every Life

Rating: 3.0

Every night,
a star falls from the sky.

Every day,
my hope fades.

Every week,
you threaten to leave.

Every month,
I fight for your love.

Every year,
I think about how much I want you here.

In the blink of an eye,
you may change your mind.

Every lie,
makes me want to cry.

Every apology,
makes me see you're not really sorry.

Every one,
can't see what you've done.

Every life,
deserves a chance to survive.
