Faith Poem by Nnadozie Okoro

Faith

Rating: 5.0

Faith the fountain of life
Men has searched for but never realizes
When it springs up in front of them rather they
Lay waste in ignorance only to question
Nature and themselves leaving each day like it is an empty
Ark without flow in the open sea

Faith the pearl that never loses her worth even
When the markets of men crashes tumbling down like the
Walls of Jericho for they pocket life like is a currency forgetting
It will dissolve when the great seas arise from her sleep unlike faith
That flows with the current

Keep the faith
When you found yourself alone
In that highway of life for you are not alone even when
You witnessed your own ghost escaping your own chamber
Which makes it harder to hold on
For nature of life has been seen naked

So lien on to faith just like those great men
Who has done before only to resurrect their soul
That has testified to ages long after their footsteps faded
Away from the soil

Believe that you will conquer it all
Keep the Faith in divine
For he never abandon thee who seeks refuge in him
Even the lost he rescues and bringing them home even
When they abandoned him for their own purpose

Keep the faith
And you will never go wrong
For faith comes without doctrine and no boundaries
Nor oceans to distant apart from those who seek it to quench
Their own soul

Lien on to faith even when lost
It is near your reach as long as you believe
In dreams and love

Keep the faith
Let no one still it from you
For they will say and try to convince you
That faith is useless when men have unlocked the mysteries of faith.
