Time is coming to an end
Thinking should’ve done something
Has another one fallen from my fingertips
Clinging to false hope

Waited for another meeting
Left it to destiny
Should’ve known better
Nothing is on my side

Dwelling on the past
Realized the mistakes made
Pondering on the next move
Not seeing any light

False hope is all that’s left
Just to keep sane
Keep her on the mind
Wishing she would be mine
