Family Poem by Naomi Louise Short

I'm in care and have learnt a few lessons in life and well this is one of them my carers who I have been with so far 12 years mean the world to me and I call them Nan and grandad. I believe carers dont have the gratitude and support they deserve. I have had a few tough years with fighting with depression and my bond with them is that strong I suffer with a condition called separation anxiety disorder which is rare in teenagers but mostly common in young children.
