Fantastic Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Fantastic

Fantastic

I listen to poem,
Is written by Ellen,
Hear her reciting.

Rings the love of old age,
Feel buds and nightingale.

Honey taste in her voice
With every short breath.

Though too far from her
Picture the moth, is burned
Next will come candle's death!

Though, to me, reciting
And reading her poem
Took less than two minutes
I flew deep in time,
To oceans and skies,
Said hello to Khayyam
Attended his class
Of stars and the wine
No fear of the king
Nor people of that time.

Flickers in my bones
Splinters and hope
When arrives Galilei
Galileo into Rome
To face his trial…

Convicts him the Pope
That his faith is claiming:
"Apostates and Pagans! "

Feel blows of breeze
Reversed is everything
Bite my teeth with my lips
High in air are my feet
Walk on head, since it is
Modern and fantastic…
