Fat Girl Poem by reina Lorenzo

Fat Girl

Fat girl face the mirror
Sees her reflection, get in secured
Feel so small and no one to run
Oh stingy beautiful one (she said)
No one feels the same.

Fat girl pretend to make her day
Tryin’ to find someone like her, too
Like,
“this is me as you, we are the same”,
oh stingy beautiful one (she shout!)
“no one feels the same”.

SSssh, ignore, don’t mind it
Remember your mommy
The love of your daddy
You know, you are their honey
It’s because, you’re simply you.

Say, “this is me for real”
So don’t you melt yourself down
“oh stingy beautiful one,
sometimes,

I feel the same…
