Fear
It can strike
at any time
from a
small miscue
or a tremendous gaff.
It seeps
into your consciousness,
puts a burden
on your soul,
drives you
to the
brink of insanity.
It is not
easy to control,
nor understand.
Causes you
to wonder
about the
state of things,
the fleetingness
of life.
This deep philosophic poem captures some special moment of human psyche and nature, which is difficult to be recognised by many others, it is so poignant and very well penned, brilliant and thanks it deserves 10+ and into my treasure chest, well done 10/10
