We feel....the pain of corruption,
The heartache, fear and somberness;
The relentless, mind-blowing situation
Seemingly too much to redress.
We are wounded, rolled and twisted,
Restricted like a spiral loom;
Once fair, honest and uncorrupted;
Now pinned and deemed for doom.
This is blatant hypocrisy!
The melancholic grief we share,
Compounded by awful suppression and mockery
That is so overwhelming to bear.
Never say we are infallible;
Never say we don't regret...
Though this aura is unbearable
We are empowered to regain respect.
