So long i've been chasing you
With my heart upon my sleeve.
You are nowhere to be found.
I am nothing without you.

I swallow my pride.
My dreams have turned to dust.
With my hand on my heart; a heart made of stone.
I tried to fool myself that there was hope
But there was none.

But the other day, as i took a walk, down a boulevard;
Right there and then i saw you.
And our eyes met,
But the silence took over,
For its been a year since we fell through.

I was tongue tied, as memories flooded in.
Bringing back moments that i've been dying to redeem.
Right then u smiled at me
And to say the least, I fell for you again.
