Felt Like A Hero! Poem by Niveditha Krishnakumar

A boy and a dog sitting on the road;
When the bus came, they went to board:
When they got down at the bus stop,
They saw a hill and they climbed to the top;

Someone told them to go up high and high,
As if you could feel that you fly up and fly,
He felt like a real hero when he got to the top;
So, when he came down, he just couldn't stop!

He tumbled and fell down; and hurt his knee,
That is why you should never go fast and agree!
He was on his crutches when he came back,
His knee is hurt and that was the story of the Jack!
