Field Of Angels Poem by Stephen Beckett

Field Of Angels

Let all the people pray
Let all the people praise
In the fields of angels
Full of Spirits and saints
Fuelled with energy from
The one true God
Natures maker, moulder
The wind in the plateaus
The rain over the turbulent seas
The sun over the horizon
Rising and falling
Setting and resetting
With the light of each
And every day, each month
Every year, for entirety
As great as his
Courageous, righteous
Power he gives to us
United we stand
United we pray
Words spoken by a
Field of angels
A field of saints
The night becomes as bright as
Day.

hey im loving this poem! it always touches me when people are actually brave enough to write about God, because its a bit of a taboo amongst most people. i agree - he does change your nighttime into day, and he makes everything around you glow with happiness: o) good stuff!
