Filling Up the Pieces

I’ll be the chatter
Of your teeth
When it’s cold out

And the clatter
Of your bones
As you jump
Through every obstacle

I can be
A reminder to you
That you’re alive
That you’re breathing and healthy
And quite hopefully happy

You’re alive darling
And you’re beautiful
So inhale the cloudy air
Laugh and enjoy
This life

You’re alive
And I am here
You are lonesome no more
