Just walking on a broken pavement street
Then a single rose peddle falls to my feet
I look up and see your face

You say 'my name is life'
And we then intertwine our
Thoughts and memories,
We become good friends indeed

When down and alone
And i feel that not even
My shadow is here by me

I can always count on you to be here for me
Every sweet syllable spoken from
Your lips send me into a trance
For i feel not judged but i feel i can
Just be me for once

I can shed tears and smile for joy
'Cause now i don't have to
Hide behind a fake grin in life anymore

Your already starting to make a impact
On my life by making me feel truley special
And not alone when times get rough

When i stumble like a new born calf
Your always here to help and guide me
When i fall you help me back up to my feet
Your like my crutches to life.

I'm invinceable with you by my side
My book of secrets is now opened for you to read
Thou i trust the whose name is nothing but one's self

Even though we've only talked for a few days
It seems like we've known eachother
For many light years and days

Oh boy, you're my buddy for inturnity
So whenever you fall
You have me to catch you
And keep you from harms way
