Fire In The Sky Poem by Mark Zachary

Fire In The Sky

Burning rubble falls upon the shore.
I can't think amidst the fires uproar.
My face buried in sand and the oceans rushing tide.
A memory of pain and woe, the sole plane that fell from the sky.
