Have you ever had to stand there helpless?
Ever felt the terror of seeing the world around you, consumed in endless flame?
Watching everyone around, engulfed in a burning fire?
Ever seen the horror in families' eyes, as they burn alive?
Have you ever had to stand there, knowing there's nothing you can do?
As you see everything we have created burn to the ground
Years of hard work, destroyed in a moments time
Burnt to ashes
It's one thing to be a part of the devastation
Its another to have to stand there watching
Seeing it all happen around you
As you are unwillingly protected
