For Peace
For peace i risk my line
My solo self on my bed do whine
My memory treks back to aeons
Years when she could see my heart of iron
I grab my darling in my sight
Yet men calls for more gasket at my right
For peace i've left my abode
I have walked and slept down the road
I rue, should i?
Can i feel peace or by eye?
I do end up beaten for peace
Out my freedom i lease
For peace i gave away my cake
And now my stomach do rake
Gold i do not have
But peace has set me a table to have
Do i just love her?
I cherish her and that i do not mar
