For So Long. Poem by Kat Dunn

For So Long.

For So Long I Never Thought I'd Have A Friend Like You.
Someone Who Grew On Me As Fast As You.
You Came Into My Life, With No Intentions
You Jumped My Fences And You Burned My Bridges.
You Took My Hand And Looked Me In The Eyes
Promised Me Everything Would Be Alright.
And Your Right, Cause With You By My Side,
All My Pride Is Set Aside.
When Your Around I Have No Shame, Feel No Pain.
When The Going Gets Tough And The Pain Shoots Up
Callin Out For You Is A Must.
I Know You'll Be Tight With Me Till The Very End.
When The Clock Stops Again, We're In It For The Win.
You Mean The World To Me You Really Do
And I Just Wanted To Prove That To You.
I Love You More With Each Passin Day
I'm Here To Stay, Always.
When You Need My Hand Just Hollah Out, I'll
Come Runnin From Miles, Don't Ever Doubt It And
Put My Arms Around You Like I'm Supposed To Do.
And I'll Forever Love You.
