For the times you've been my silent guardian
and stood by me with unceasing vigilance

For the times you've believed in me
and saw something inside of me which I could'nt quite see in myself

For the times you've lavished opportunities in my path
and gave me the chance to prove that I could do my best

For the times you've given me the benefit of doubt
and gently lef me by hand down the path of knowledge

For the times you've encouraged me
and shown your generous appreciation for my small deeds

For the times you've driven me to reach a standard of excellence
higher that that I've set for myself

For to times you've been more than a mentor to me
Thank you
For being the best teacher
I could possibly ever have
