Maybe you aren’t a virgin;
Maybe you are a divorcee,
A widow or an estranged one.
I don’t mind; I love not your past.
Maybe you aren’t yet mine;
Maybe you are to leave me,
Desert me or elope with one.
I don’t mind; I love not your future.
May be you aren’t virtuous;
Maybe you are an adulteress,
A paramour or a whore.
I don’t mind; I love not your back.
I love you for what you are
When you are with me..
