For you to bathe in, to soak in
To be surrounded by me
I exist as a puppy for you
The food for which i beg
is the touch of your lips
the warmth of your breath on my skin
I exist only for you
I will come, I will wait
I will beg, I will plead
For you my love I exist

Short and straight to the point. I like it. Nice analogies. But there is just something missing... there is feeling and depth but I feel it could have been better. I give it a 7.
