Forever Poem by Christopher Midgett

Forever

I sit on a gray moss-covered rock, just thinking about what could have been things most people wouldn't take time to do, but i do in hope of making my life better.
I look up from my daydreaming to see the beautiful picture i see around me, i see big oak trees covered in fire orange leaves in the mists of fall, orange leaves litter the ground were i sit.
I look to my left i see dishonesty.
I look to my right i see heart-break.
I look straight in front of me i see a path covered in leaves, the wind blows, it blown some of the leaves away.
I look down to see etched into the ground just barely visible are the words-

'Always one with the other forever very easily noticed, but never spoken'
