Broken glass and all
I wait behind the mirror
For a tweak of sun
Stroked to languid hills
The dropping summer
Dormant in the daily air
A police siren
Shrills the dark outside my window
With chunked-up day now
Gone to bits of night
In the flighty air's cooling
Breeze before the storm
Something wearing out
On the tooth of a smile
The year-flopped jumble
And feigned cohesion
Dundering time-cropped
Cherry of all desire
