Fragments Poem by Derlon dos Santos Carneiro

Fragments

Rating: 5.0

I need to find those beautiful eyes
painted with the flavor of my bosom.
Tomorrow seems so dark
in the flames of love that my heart beats.

Life's faded and took the glance of you from me.
I've lost you and I can't save my tears.
I do not feel your presence anymore!
The distance between us fragments me.

The death is here so close to me.
Wait for my fate in a suicide ritual!
Don't let me breath far from my love.

My life was tore in the despair of my heart,
but even my fragments will never stop
to look for your warmth.
