Frankenstein - Reimagined Poem by Inked Solace

Frankenstein - Reimagined

Rating: 5.0

Prometheus
Fashioned from
Dead
Misunderstood
Misguided
Misjudged
Human Paradox
Drowning in sin
Of Playing God
Victor and I
Are knitted with
Shards of Mirror
Cracked reflection.
Aegis turned
Me into stone

My eyes
Were pinpricks
Windows to my soul
They painted a world
Of plight and pity
Of yearning and hurt
Accept me Victor
Do not cast me
Out into the cold black sea
For if you don't
I will hunt you
DOWN.
If you drown
My conscience
Into a sea of ink

I will
Cry tears of
YOUR Blood
Until the oceans
flood until
Noah's Ark can sail again.
We are the same
You are my creator
Embittered

I am
Your worst fear
In the shadows

I will
Live
To see you die
