Human Paradox
Drowning in sin
Of Playing God
Victor and I
Are knitted with
Shards of Mirror
Cracked reflection.
Aegis turned
Me into stone


My eyes
Were pinpricks
Windows to my soul
They painted a world
Of plight and pity
Of yearning and hurt
Accept me Victor
Do not cast me
Out into the cold black sea
For if you don't

If you drown
My conscience
