Friend's Poem by Kenzie Lynn

they say that friendship lasts forever
but what about the days
where nothing seems to turn out right
and everything's so gray

the days where life just brings you down
and no one can cheer you up
the times where no one seems to be around
and you could really use their help

you feel like you should just lie down
play dead and just give up
but friends are always there for you
even when they're not arond

you know you don't have to live your life
so scared and all alone
for friends are there until the end
or at least that's what they say
as long as you have a friend right there you know you're on your way
