Friends Poem by destiny tatum

they say that a friend will stick closer to you than a brother and you know what that is a lie. how about the friends who say one thing and do another? how about the friends that have just caused you so much pain. how do you face that how do you make the pain that they have caused go away. its impossible to think of. i trusted you. i told you every thing and all you did was take im tryed so hard to make you see that all you did to me i would have never done such a thing to you. but i guess the joke was on me. but though this i have learned that the only friend that you will ever have in this world is yourself and i will keep that in mind the next time i call someone my friend.
