Friends We Are
I need to get this off my chest
And then can we just let it rest
I do not think you're avoiding me
For our friendship, I now see
Our relationship such as it is
Is friendship cause you've got your biz
It is as if it was before
except my hearts a little sore
I will do just fine
who knows what comes with time
Friends we are friends we'll be
A bright future for you I do see
