Genius Fits Of Creativity Poem by Terence George Craddock

Genius Fits Of Creativity

great artists
ever greedy
want to capture
illustrate

ideas
keep them
captured
in clay

bronze
silver gold
paper canvases
in statues

paintings
words
music
bound tied

up in scales?

lesser artist
may gloat
over captured
prizes

pinning
them up
like butterflies
trapped

upon exhibit
page as
representation
of real living

essence
in choice
arrangements?

suspect
genius silent
watches

observes
bursts
forth
in frequent

fits
of creativity
hinting
at

works
unreveiled?
inner thoughts
spread

in chosen
mediums
speak

to like
minded
awaked
souls?

trust
in blood
pumping heart
beats

flutter
flutter pounding
heart beats
reveal

enthusiasm
envied
creativity

that will
not let
thee
be?
