Gingerbread Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Gingerbread

Gingerbread

Vast
Endless
Is sky
Similar to U.S. Donald Trump
-the two are very same
-stingy, crazy, abusers
-both covered with the shades
-of darkness…dirtiness and grey.

Each of two is Joker
Not with jokes; amusements
But with bad intentions!

Imagine Hansel and Gretel
Then recall the witch and her meanness
Sweet first in approach
Inviting into house; Gingerbread…
But later?

In that way low sky
With its shawl of cloud
Has proved generous
Sent agent to the Earth
Roads, houses, everything
Is covered with the fog
In the dark all of them look-alike!
