Global Crisis Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Acceptance of this
that pressure which lists
any ordinary behaviours, and
inhibits the best of US from fulfilling
the obligations of the issues which concern
this entire U.S.! And this is indeed that
‘Crisis of Global Proportions'; being
that should this species human
not be willing to humanely
discuss and agree and
commit to end all
of this fuss
there will come
that one great collision
in an explosive display of just
how disturbed, the universe is, for
having suffered through these millennia
guiding humanity and being absolutely snubbed
by such a childish behaving, and belligerent mass, of
low browed ‘banana eaters'! Putting this into perspective.
What is worse is this: with whom are ‘we' to ‘negotiate'
the terms of surrender by this most ‘inhumane race'
to the ideals of ‘truth' and ‘love' and ‘devotion'?
This is indeed an expansive controversy! Being
that most of humanity's primed negotiators are
so blown full of ‘passed gas' that each cannot speak
to the ‘paramount issues' which confront the entire
species; these individuals can only speak what is
written by ‘others' for each to speak! And as
such ‘touts' of that self-selected bunch of
‘louts' that actually make decisions at the
‘highest levels' within each society on
this planet, and none of these visual
representatives as one; make any decision
based upon either devotion, or love, or truth…
Incorporating into their ‘given statements' a few
‘what ifs' or ‘howevers', or that ordinary ‘I
will endeavour' to make what I was told to
do; happen! And this is what the each of you
hear. Nothing ‘radically different', every statement
taken as a selected ‘soundbite', to cause in the each of
you a questioning lingering doubt, of how all these
issues in reality; are to be dealt with! The current
stratagem of ‘an internationalist approach' placing
this society as ‘the penultimate keeper of the
indispensable' continuation of this country of
states and territories and protectorates, as the
leader at the top of all nations; is simply hearsay!
As in ‘they' say whatever, and you hear whatever, and
then you each go blithely along with your daze! Expressing
no interest in any ‘global interests', or ‘covert activities'
or ‘their' perceived 'Global Crises'… After all, in your
comfort, you know what the push of ‘that button'
means to any adversary however trite or imaginary
to the ‘good old U.S.A.! Which issue of the half-dozen
or more that get mentioned on a daily basis, do you place
importance upon? One on an ‘economic term, one on the
‘deterrence against adversaries', or one on the ‘capability
of our military', or one on ‘the fundamental advocacy of
universal human rights'; and that one which 'cuts to
the chase', ‘the taxable rates on your combined
incomes'! Oh! And that ‘sixth one'; a recognition of
our society being based upon ‘christianity'! Kindly please
forward your consciousness of that most preferable necessity
to me! This being; your place upon ‘American Soil'! An ever
increasing expensive endeavour; to have gained that tiny
slice of it, to hold on to that tiniest of sites, to delay any
discussions, that counter what you perceive as ‘your
property rights'! This is where you each so plainly
image and can fully imagine what you will be
willing to join an uprising for! An ever increasingly
shrinking and expensive slice of anything related to
'American Pie'! Given that on a national basis the rules
are becoming ‘increasingly authoritarian' with ‘those making
the rules' paying more and more attentions to making more
rules limiting your participation in the ‘decision making
processes' at every level of ‘public discussion and
discourse'! Speaking to the subject of ‘the few
taking advantage of the many'! And as you
consider what it means to truly be a citizen
of this society; do you feel the pressures
to your personal stability? Do you feel the
urge to ‘crush that party', which seeks to change
all of the 'rules' once more in that sectors favor and
offering nothing to you and yours except the continuation
of an exponentially growing national debt, more austerity
for the masses, and that most wicked, and evil, concept of
some moral authority placed above your calling's destiny!
And you have no one standing, no one planning, no one
demanding an end to this rushing push towards the
U.S. becoming that ‘overt fascist state'! Some very
scary conclusion to be viewing publicly; is this not!
Now you may comprehend, how much does depend
upon; the concise negotiation, and an end to this
this world's most current contrived 'Global Crisis'!
