We often wish we could have the chance
To apologize to our Mom and Dad
For the things we did so thoughtlessly
Those memories can make us feel so sad.
Unfortunately it takes life for us to see
What all our folks went through
The time has passed many years now, God
Please tell them I'm sorry what I put them through.
