Gone And Gone Back Again Poem by Roselyn Edwards

Gone And Gone Back Again

I know, I know, I must be quite sick in the head
But I swear I'm not, otherwise I'd be dead
Just don't judge me for way that I am
If you listened to the world
You too would be pulled right along in

I hate it all
Every little wall and fall
Every little bump
Every little lump, and clump

I hate that little frog
It's caught in my throat.
Ugh! Don't even listen
Dreadful words I have wrote

One wish, grant me rewind from here,
The life I have lived
Please, I do not ask that a new life, you give
I just want to go back and never come back.
