Goodbye To You Poem by Ray Hansell

Goodbye To You

The days are empty
The nights are lonely
Living here without
My one and only

I miss your laughter
That echoed loud
When I was by your side
I always felt so proud

But for some reason
Now you're gone
Tell me how an I
Supposed to carry on?

Memories are memories
Living here inside
I can't forget them
No matter how hard I try

But if this is how
You want it to be
I say goodbye to you
From, a lonely me
