You expressed the depths of your emotions, but I cannot take you away
With your body failing and your mind losing you forget about the pain
Seeing the surroundings fall apart in front of your eyes
Being realized but not being compromised
Left to run and hide from the reality you live in until a demise
Denying emotions with clouded judgement leaving you alone to face your fate
We'll open one last bottle and pour out all the hate
Admiring the simplicity in the mind
But leaving behind the one thing that made you shine
Beautiful, generous, and kind
Change is inevitable
