Green Grass Poem by David N. Munene

Green Grass

On this green grass
That shines like brass
Covered with dew like do boobs in bras
I will lay my head
Like a broken spearhead
And presume I am dead
For I have not a tongue
To taste the World’s evil harangue
My ears are sealed
Liken to those of the deceased
My eyes are blinded
Bat-like and wrongly sided
But when I reincarnate
My sword good resuscitate
