Halloween Poem by David Wood

Halloween

Halloween
After all the hype
After loads of money
Spent on Halloween costumes
And so many treats for kids to swipe
And their dogs dressed kinda funny
Like ghosts from dusty tombs
It all ended in so much pain
A typical wet autumn night
It just poured with rain
Oh, it's just not right
All those treats
I had to eat! !
