Hanging On By A Thread. Poem by Natasha Elizabeth Beatrice Williams

Hanging On By A Thread.

Hanging on by a thread,
Like a wheel running out of tread.

I'd sleep, but I'm scared of all the thoughts I'd meet.

Hanging on by a thread,
Would I be better off dead?

I don't know.
Some days, yes.
Some day, no.
