Happiness Poem by Shinzy Mohan

Happiness

The gleaming sun beyond the head
As it touch the dewdrops on leaves
The sparkle of a diamond on them
And the nature is adorned

The flowers in red yellow and blue
The primrose is sweet and small
The mango leaves used to brush
The many small teeth and neat

The twig has fallen from the tree
The sparrows collected them in their beak
Within a day’s time
The nest is born on a thick tree

The young ones are kept safe and sweet
As mother bird gives food through the beak
The young is happy and full
He is asleep in the nest called mother

The kangaroo’s pouches are filled
The way they keep the young safe
The nature teaching many beautiful themes

The duck is swimming in the pond
The beak is taking up water every second
The flocks trailing themselves
Along with the mother

The piglets in those dirty swamp
Having their fun by dirtying
All are nature’s vastness
The wake up alarm call from the hen
And just out of bed

Not having much to watch beyond
The haggardly busy routine of life
Taken a toll on health and body
The nature is so calm and cozy
There is just not any chaos

Learning is a habit and from nature
Take up lessons for life
The world is heavy and distorted
The traffics, the busy roads, and compartments
The heck of it

Go back to the forest and learn the calmness
The tension is low and future is bright
The glory of you will be twined with the bliss
The meditating feelings make you energetic

And off from there to physical work
Which many lacks now
Cancer is the disease spread out
If you don’t follow a healthy routine
Take care of you first, rest is mystery
