I was once sitting in a bus
At a terminus if you please
Out of the blue this feeling
I never had before
And for no reason at all
Absolute happiness
No thought, no reason at all
So now I have to say
Happiness must be a chemical fluke
In the brain that day
Because there was no reason
And I was so happy, unreasonably so.
This lasted for a few minutes
I was floating on air
Alas that feeling so rare
Never was again.
I remember it so well
I captured it like on film
But alas I have no control to play it again.
Perhaps happiness is in the air but we are conditioned to inhale smog most of the time and we miss it? ? ? Chemical or placebo or real, I'll take it in any form
moments gone is to be accommodated in memory can be played on reverie ant not in dream neither we can play it again..moment gone gone for ever..happiness is a bliss..lovely poem
