often fleet happiness
is a beautiful summary
of simple pleasures
which shine radiant beams
appreciative happiness
into kind receptive hearts
hearts who wise praise
home family loyalty values
hold firm time true friends

A really interesting poem that states there are two types of happiness the feel good, sensation based pleasure happiness, which is fleeting, and the value based happiness which stems from a spiritual source of satisfaction, a more meaningful and deeper purpose. Love it Terrence....10
