My soul burns
When I look at you
And I know that every wish
I ever made came true.

When I lie in your arms
And my heart skips a beat
Then I know that it's you
I was longing for.

I was rarely alone
Through the years
But that doesn't mean
I wasn't lonely.

I was missing a piece
I had yet to know of
It was you
And you make me complete.

And I love you
And it pains me to leave
Though I know I'll return
'Cause without you
I'm not a whole story.

I am missing a chapter
The main storyline
And I can't help
But yearn for the ending.

And I love you

And I need you to know

Share a bit of that feeling
