Hatred Poem by Silence Dogood

Hatred

Rating: 5.0

I can feel the hate that stains my skin.
It looks like blood and tries to sink in.
It runs in my veins making way for my heart.
I wont let it destroy me or break me apart.

It looks like pain with an evil grin.
Full of jealousy and forgotten sins.
It fills my veins and threatens to explode.
I wont let its spidery hands reach my soul.

I know why its here and why it cant leave.
There is a reason and its not what it seems.
Its not my fault I wont take the blame.
I prefer the hate over all the pain.

You can ask my why hates always near.
I'll just tell you to look in the mirror.
Cause what you see is who you are.
It'll show the cuts and all the scars.

It'll tell your story and you'll see the hate.
and you'll realize that this is your fate.
You cant erase memories you cant turn back time.
Theres no fastforward, stop, play, or rewind.

Were all just the same hate is what we are.
Its shows the pain of all the scars.
It gives voice to our soul and meaning for our hearts.
And we use hate to kill but did it have to got that far.
