He's All That Is Poem by James Buckner McKinnon

He's All That Is

He touched us
And I knew
From the stellar depths
We are as one -
However distant
To the center
From which the nascent
Beauty comes

No gender, age or feeling
Stays His power to traverse
The Heavens
Because His essence
Is the fire
Of meaning in the heart -
Ubiquitous - yet,
Like galactic peace,
Inseparable from the firmament;
He's all that is.
His Promise The Heavenly skies, dark of light above,
Gently protecting newborn life, and yet

Giving Promise to the living who dare
To trust Almighty God that He does care

For all enveloped in His wondrous web -
By Life's increase does He affirm His Love.
