Heart In Three Liners... Poem by indira babbellapati

Heart In Three Liners...

Heart looks around
To be cuddled and allayed
Foolish whim!

Boisterous heart
Whips blazing windy nights
Body set aflame!

This heart throbs
In solitary confinement
Island, vulnerable!

Where's heart?
What's its business?
Just to beat?

Subtler the beat, better
Rushing the beat, insecurity
Funny heart!

Yeah our heart is indeed very funny. Beats faster for all the wrong reasons n often gets us into trouble.
