Heartache



I feel it
Stabbing my heart
Piercing my ribs
I cry out your name
You don't even flinch
You don't turn around
To make sure I'm ok
You simply keep walking
Walking away
I try to follow
To fill my aching chest
Which feels so hollow
I can't resist
I need you with me
My only joy
You gave me hope
You gave me life
I love you so
Don't let me go...
