Heavell Poem by Freesia Whiz

Heavell

Rating: 5.0

Gates of heaven, or hell
Opened up, let me in
Surprised with what I saw
Angels and demons, or
Whatever that black or
White wings mean.

Gates of heaven, or hell
Opened up, swallowed me whole
Frightened by sweet helplessness
Angels and demons, or
Whatever that bitter or
Convivial smile means.

Oh, got caught up in a bewilderment trap
Just so I can see the gates of heaven, or hell
Whenever I’m with you
And you with she.

The night is cold
The day is dark
Singing birds have lost their notes
Dancing trees have lost their moves
The world has lost its time
I even lost what once was mine

Bewilderment and confusion very aptly expressed.
