Helpless Poem by Ray Springer

Helpless

To you life's a curse
Everyday wondering how the next will be worse
Its too much sand to get caught up in
Now you're up to your neck in it and to get out there's no water to swim
Your misfortune always make me wonder
What could you have done in this life or the next to everyday get thunder
I lie awake thinking what to say
So that your frustrations would soon go away
I'm at a lost for words and darkness creeps soon
But words of wisdom always come under the light of the full moon
